Co Kildare from €320,000: Show houses at the third phase of the popular Hazelhatch development near Celbridge, Co Kildare go on view this weekend.
Forty-five houses and townhouses are for sale through Coonan Real Estate Alliance in this phase. There will be a total of 300 houses, townhouses and apartments in the scheme when it is complete.
Prices for these solid starter homes start at €320,000 for a 89sq m (955sq ft) three-bedroom townhouse while 98sq m (1,055sq ft) end-of-terrace three-bedroom townhouses are priced at €345,000.
Two-bedroom townhouses with 78sq m (840sq ft) of living space, rear garden and driveway are priced from €273,000 and four-bedroom semi-detached homes with 123sq m (1,326sq ft) of space are priced at €430,000.
Located just outside Celbridge and half a mile from Hazelhatch train station, the development is popular among young commuters.
Exteriors at Hazelhatch are a mix of red and gold brick and render, with brick walls dividing the townhouses.
Developer Maplewood has a good record in housebuilding in the area, with Ballyowen Hall and Liffey Valley Park in Lucan among previous projects.
Units are due for completion from April to October 2006, according to the selling agent.
