In the Property Supplement last Thursday, we reported that the Spring Grove laundry at Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, had been sold and that contracts for its sale had been completed.
While Spring Grove have been involved in negotiations for the sale of their site, legal formalities have not been completed, contracts exchanged nor the premises sold.
The Irish Times regrets any upset or embarrassment that may have been caused to the owners of the laundry, Spring Grove Services (Ireland) Limited, its board members and employees.
