Slatterys of Capel Street expected to make £2m

Dublin's Capel Street is to undergo further changes shortly when Slatterys bar is auctioned on March 22nd. John Ryan of Gunne is quoting a guideline price of £1.75 million to £2 million for the pub which occupies a prominent corner position at the intersection with Mary Street. The business has a turnover of around £20,000 a week. The area is undergoing extensive redevelopment at present.
