The Sherry FitzGerald Group is quoting a guideline price of £2 million for its headquarters, Hibernia House, at Windsor Place, Dublin 2, which goes to auction on March 30th.

The company is shortly to relocate its staff to a building it is renting on Lower Leeson Street.

Hibernia House is a 10-year-old building with 4,800 sq. ft of high quality space on three floors. It is likely to be of interest to a range of companies and also investors who could bank on finding a good tenant in a market where the vacancy rate has fallen to around 4 per cent.

The Windsor Place office complex is ideally located opposite Louis Copeland's shop on Pembroke Street and has two on-site car-parking spaces.
