With generous sizes, good security, higher than average ceilings and their own front door, apartments at Catherine's Court do not have the communal feel of most apartment developments making the scheme attractive to down-sizers in the area.

Catherine's Court has been built by Esmond Developments, a well-established local developer in both the commercial and residential sector.
