Sale of Ballsbridge apartment site to follow resolution of title

The sale of an apartment site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, delayed because of a title problem, is now to go ahead following a resolution of the issue. DTZ Sherry FitzGerald expects to secure around £4 million (#5.08m) for a site of 0.82 of an acre at the junction of Sandymount Avenue and Prince of Wales Terrace, which goes to auction on May 30th. There is planning permission and a fire certificate for a development of 16 apartments in a three-storey block over a basement car-park.
