Sale and leaseback in a Paris hotel

Fifty-two sale and leaseback studio apartments in a Paris hotel have been put on the market here by Irish agent Oui Can Do.

The units, which range in size from 16-22sq m (172-237sq ft) are in the Villa Luxembourg at 121 Boulevard du Montparnasse, in the Jardin de Luxembourg. They range in price from €150,000 to €202,000 and include furniture.

Villa Luxembourg is part of a group called Les Hotels de Paris which is converting 25 hotels into sale and leaseback apartment developments: some of the units will have self-catering facilities, others will effectively be hotel rooms. Units in the Luxembourg will have the facilities of the hotel. The apartments are ready to rent immediately and a guaranteed rental of 4.9 per cent net for 12 years is promised.
