Finglas: from €250,000Apartments go on sale today in a new phase at Hampton Wood, a development by Dwyer Nolan off St Margaret's Road, Dublin 11.

Show units will be open for viewing in this phase, entitled The Courtyard. Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings for 40 apartments from noon today.

A short distance from Finglas village and close to the M50, The Courtyard apartments are aimed at first-time buyers and prices are levelled accordingly. One-bedroom units of 46sq m (500sq ft) start at €250,000. Two-beds of 58-72sq m (625-775sq ft) cost from €295,000. Apartments with three bedrooms and 80-94sq m (860-1,010sq ft) of space are priced from €345,000.

The apartments are built and ready to move into as soon as sales are completed. Buildings are grouped around a landscaped area, with a variety of external finishes.
