Ratoath residential nursing home sells for £1.3 million

A nursing home operator has paid in the region of £1.3 million for a residential nursing home in Ratoath, Co Meath. The 50-year-old nursing home stands on 5.8 acres and has 38 bedrooms. Hamilton Osborne King also secured around £400,000 for an adjoining site of 1.3 acres which is partially zoned for housing. Also in Ratoath, a 5.9-acre site with planning permission for 36 houses and 20 apartments was sold at auction for £3.15 million. A second site of 6.4 acres zoned for commercial use was withdrawn and is now available at £2.4 million through Ganly Walters and Foley auctioneers.
