Rathmichael house sells for around €2.55m

SalesResults: Two large newly-built houses at Ballybride Road in Rathmichael have sold for a total of over €5 million through Lisney.

Southwell, a five-bedroom house on 0.7 of an acre, fetched €2.55 million by private treaty while The Paddocks, a similar sized house, fetched around €3.5 million, according to the agent.

The prices underline the demand for large family homes within each reach of the city that are ready to move into and come with much reduced stamp duty.
