Planning for mixed scheme at Fox & Geese sought

Businessman Pino Harris has sought planning permission for an office and light industrial development on the Truck Dealers International site at Fox and Geese, Knockmitten Lane, Naas Road, Dublin 12. The scheme will include 11 two-storey and three-storey blocks, which will be aimed at office-based industries including data processing, software development, telemarketing and research and technology. The scheme will include a 230-space multi-storey car-park with a retail and restaurant element The main access will be from Killeen Road and Knockmitten Lane.
