Proposed development: removal of the existing timber lobby; construct a new glass draught lobby which will have an area of 6sq m (65sq ft) and a height of 4.7m; location of a keypad to allow for disabled access on the exterior wall and another on a post adjacent to the new draught lobby within the main entrance hall. South Dublin

Location: development area 7, St Helens, Adamstown SDZ, Co Dublin. Proposed development: residential development consisting of 404 dwelling units in eight four to seven-storey blocks forming phase two of an overall development at development area seven. The proposed development comprises 42 one-beds, 282 two-beds, 18 three-beds, 29 two-bed duplexes and 33 three-bed duplex units.
