Location: Kestrel House, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2. Proposed development: commercial development with 7,055sq m (75,939sq ft) that incorporates an authorised service core, abutting Osprey House, to be retained and the demolition of the majority of the office building. The proposed development is a regular-shaped corner building and rise to eight-and-a-half storeys. South Dublin

Location: within the grounds of Finnstown House Hotel, Newcastle Road, Lucan, Co Dublin (protected structure). Proposed development: demolish leisure centre and construct a three-storey leisure and fitness centre with new car-parking and site works. The development incorporates the following: ground floor level pool hall incorporating a 25m swimming pool, a health suite including spa pool, steam room and sauna, changing rooms, cafe/juice bar area, staff rooms and office, reception/lobby and a sports shop. At first floor level there will be a wellness/health centre, a treatment suite consisting of six treatment rooms and lobby area. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Belgard Square North and West, Tallaght Town Centre, Dublin 24. Location: on a site of around 8.57 hectares (located in part, on zones 1, 2, 3, as identified within the Hansfield SDZ planning scheme 2006), bounded generally by Barnhill Road to the west, Ongar Village and Ongar Road to the north, Hansfield Road and St Joseph's Hospital to the east and the alignment of the former Navan railway line to the south, in the townlands of Hansfield and Phibblestown and Barberstown and Phibblestown, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Proposed development: permission for a mixed-use development comprising 284 dwelling units; 2,291sq m (24,660sq ft) of commercial space and a village green of two hectares all provided in a range of two, three, four and five-storey buildings.
