SOUTH DUBLIN

Location: Main Street, Saggart, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish garage and single storey extension to the rear of the Saggart Arms for three blocks. Location: Ballynakelly & Rathcreedan, Newcastle, Co Dublin. Proposed development: 255-bed hotel in a new building consisting of sub-basement and basement, ground floor and five upper floors including reception and foyer, hotel offices and storage areas, shop, restaurant, bar, residents bar, grill, kitchens, spa leisure centre, treatment rooms, aquarium, function areas, multi-media centre and meeting rooms, helipad, 680 underground car-parking spaces and five coach spaces with 50 bicycle spaces, site development and landscaping works. DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Applications

Location: Turvey Avenue, adjacent to Donabate train station, Donabate, Co Dublin. Proposed development: alterations to the O'Connell Street/west-facing elevation (protected structure) together with internal alterations to window display areas of O'Connell Street and Sackville Place.
