SOUTH DUBLIN

DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location: Clontra, Shankill, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Erect 299 two-bed apartments and 84 three-bed apartments in four blocks of six to nine storeys, a single storey crèche and security office, four single storey utility buildings, 380 car-parking spaces, cycle parking spaces and site works. Site contains some trees listed for protection and adjoins the curtilage of Clontra House and gate lodge (protected structures). Applicant: Clontra Partnership.

Location: Gort Muire Centre, bounded to east by Gort Mhire House (protected structure), to west by Wyckham Way, to the north by a scheme under construction (Reg Ref: D02A/1264) and to south by a residential access laneway and the grounds of Wesley College, Ballinteer, D16. Proposed development: Erect 541 apartments (104 one-beds, 367 two-beds and 70 three-beds) and a crèche in three blocks of three to 10 storeys over basements. Location: Seapoint DART Station (off) Seapoint Ave, Blackrock, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Part of DART upgrade project. Removal/demolition of station building and footbridge. Erect new building, providing full mobility impaired access and new composite footbridge/station-type design. Main building will be a steel and glass structure with a lobby area, ticket office with ancillary accommodation, stairs and impaired lift access to both platforms. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: El Pinar, Kilgobbin Rd, Sandyford, D18. Proposed development: Demolish single storey plus dormer dwelling house and construct 14 apartments (two one-beds, eight two-beds and four three-beds) in a two-storey plus dormer block with site works, car-parking and revised entrance/boundary treatments. Demolish later additions at ground and first floor level to rear of two-storey building.
