SIX-TIME GRAMMY-winning Billy Joel is packing up and leaving his Miami Beach home.
The 8,880 sq ft Mediterranean-style Florida mansion is reported to be hitting the market with a price tag of $14.75 million (€11.4 million). Located on the gated prestigious La Gorce Island, it is also home to other a-listers including Lil Wayne, Cher and Ricky Martin. Joel has lived in the pie-shaped waterfront property since he purchased the 7-bed, 8.5 bathroom mansion for an estimated $13.5 million in 2006. Included in the price is a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse.
