Gerard Carr and Niall Manley have been appointed new associate directors of Hooke & MacDonald's residential sales team. They will join existing directors Des Donnelly, Mark Dunne and Enda Burke.
Fergal McAloon has been appointed branch manager for the Gunne's Monaghan office. McAloon gained experience in the UK property market before returning to Ireland in 1999.
He joined Gunne in 2003 and has worked in the Drogheda, Lucan and Navan areas. He takes over from Nancy Donlon.

O'Leary has over eight years experience in both property and financial services and is returning to his native Cork from Dublin to specialise in mortgages and life assurance.
Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) has appointed Hillary Fitzgibbon as head of structured property.
Fitzgibbon joins ILIM from Bank of Ireland's private banking section.
