Pearse Street Holiday Inn on the market at £6m-plus

The troubled Holiday Inn hotel at Pearse Street in Dublin 2 is to be sold on the instructions of the receiver Pearse Farrell. Morrissey's estate agents expect to secure in excess of £6 million for the two-year-old hotel, which has 92 bedrooms. It is not yet clear whether the Holiday Inn franchise agreement will continue once new owners are found, according to the agents. The business had a turnover last year of £2.3 million.
