Park Developments plans to convert the former St Anne's Hospital at Northbrook Road in Ranelagh, Dublin 6, for use both as offices and residential units. Park, which has just bought the British Ambassador's residence, Glencairn, has sought planning to use the main hospital building as offices.

Four adjoining Victorian houses, used as hospital wards and offices over the years, are to be converted into eight units. Michael Cotter's company has also lodged a planning application for eight mews houses facing on to Northbrook Lane, and for a block of 12 apartments.
