Park Developments secure site for warehousing plan

Park Developments has secured £2.55 million for a site of 7.1 acres at Northwest Business Park in Ballycoolin, Blanchardstown It was bought by Ambervard Ltd to build a high-bay warehousing facility of 120,000 sq ft which has been pre-let to the Masterlink group. Over the past 18 months, Park has sold more than 250,000 sq ft of warehousing at the same site, according to Mr Gavin Butler of Hamilton Osborne King.
