Owners reserve five units at Greenhills Business Centre

Five of the 13 business/industrial units under construction at Greenhills Business Centre in Tallaght, Dublin 24, have already been reserved by owner-occupiers and investors. The buildings will range in size from 1,733 to 4,000 sq ft and will cost between £75 and £80 per sq ft. Estate agents Agar are handling sales of the units which will include fully-finished offices and high quality external elevations. The business centre is being developed by Wheatfield Construction on behalf of Greenhills Industrial Estate. It is half-a-mile from Tallaght Town Centre.
