Dublin agent William Harvey & Co is guiding £4.5 million (€5.7m) for a 45,500 sq ft commercial premises at Belgard Road in Tallaght, Dublin 24, which is to be sold at tender on October 10th.
The warehouse and office building was formerly used as a cold store by Allied Foods Complex and stands on a a site of 2.15 acres with frontage on to three roads. The agents says there is obvious development potential.
The same agent is seeking over £1.44 million (€1.83m) for a detached warehouse investment at Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate in Dublin 10. The building is producing a rent of £107,363 (€136,323) under a 35-year lease from 1998. The next rent review is due in 2003.
