Well located commercial properties are still selling well in Dublin. Lisney has secured £1.525 m (€2.146) at auction for a prominent corner building at the junction of Upper Ormond Quay and Capel Street in Dublin 1.

The four-storey over basement building has a net floor area of 4,896 sq ft including a former banking hall at street level. The second floor is let to a firm of solicitors on a 21-year lease from 1998 at a rent of £11,500 (€14,601).
