Newbridge site on the market

Irish Ropes Group is to sell a large industrial complex on 8.25 acres in the centre of Newbridge, Co Kildare. Estate agents Colm McEvoy is quoting a guideline price of about £4 million for the site, which will probably be redeveloped for commercial and residential use. It is the last remaining site of its size in the town and is accessible from Main Street and Athgarven Road. It is currently zoned for industrial use.
