Another phase of the 148 one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom duplexes at Clarion Quay in the Dublin docklands is being launched off plans from today in the newly opened Clarion Hotel at the IFSC. Joint agents Hamilton Osborne King and Ross McParland will be taking deposits. Prices are from £195,000 (€247,600) for 527 sq ft one-bedroom units, £250,000 (€317,430) for 743 sq ft two-bedroom apartments and from £290,000 (€368,220) and £300,000 (€380,920) for 915 sq ft two-bedroom duplex apartments. Glamorous three-bedroom duplex penthouses with 1,034 sq ft of living space and galleries, balconies and roof gardens start at £400,000 (€507,900).
All the units will have either balconies or terraces and underground parking spaces are available for an additional £25,000 (€31,740) Completion is scheduled for early 2002.
