Douglas Newman Good is to sub-let about half of the 61,000 sq ft of space in AIG House, a distinctive new office block under construction in the extension to Dublin's International Financial Services Centre.
The agency will be seeking rents in excess of £27.50 per sq ft for the space in the five-storey block which will be ready for occupation towards the end of 1999. The building will front on to both the River Liffey and Guild Street and will adjoin the new headquarters of solicitors A & L Goodbody.
Companies licensed to trade in the IFSC will be able to claim double rent allowances and a remission of rates for ten years.
