The computer software company SimulTrans is to relocate its headquarters from the Harcourt Centre to the newly built River House, at East Wall Road, Dublin 3. The building is owned by the Collen Group which is to occupy the top floor.
SimulTrans, formed in California in 1984, will be paying a rent of 13.50 per sq ft for 9,000 sq ft on the first floor of the building. Colliers Jackson-Stops represented SimulTrans and Hamilton Osborne King was the letting agent.
