Merrion Square Georgian offices sell for £1.5m

A Georgian office building at 51 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, has been sold prior to auction by the Gunne agency for around £1.5 million. The price is another indication of the sharp increase in values in Dublin's Georgian squares. The four-storey over basement building has a floor area of 4,439 sq ft and is in excellent condition. The sale includes an office mews at the rear with about 800 sq ft.
