HAMILTON Osborne King is seeking about £50,000 for the David James Boutique in St James Mews, Malahide, Co Dublin, which is being sold as a going concern. The boutique is one of the best-known in the Dublin suburbs, having been in operation for 22 years. Designer labels stocked include Yarell, Klein, Gerry Webber, Frank Usher and Simon Ellis. The shop trades on two floors with a total of 750 square feet, which are rented at £13,000 per annum.
