Standard features include wall tiling in kitchens and bathrooms, panelled internal doors with brass fittings and a generous fireplace allowance.

The layout of both house types suits a modern lifestyle, with a guest toilet understairs and a good-sized sittingroom to the front.

A large kitchen/diningroom looking out on the garden has enough room for a couple of easy chairs.

Upstairs, one of the three bedrooms has an en suite shower.

To reach Meadowlands, take the slip road after the Foxhunter pub, turn left at the traffic lights, left at the roundabout, right at the next roundabout and right along Ballyowen Lane.
