FOR THE sixth year in a row, The Organic Centre in Rossinver, County Leitrim is running a five-day course, How To Live The Good Life, where you can learn about growing vegetables organically, growing and using herbs, growing fruit for the home, making yoghurt and soft cheeses, baking and cooking with wholemeal, storing and preserving.
The course is complemented with an introduction to yoga and relaxation techniques, a lecture on sustainable building, a seaweed walk on a local beach and a visit to a local organic farm.
