Large apartment/office scheme plan for Tallaght

Park Development is lodging a planning application this week for a large apartment and office development on a site bordered by Tallaght road, the proposed Greenhills road extension and the Tallaght bypass. The development will include 177,000 sq ft of offices in four blocks ranging from three-storey to 10-storey along with 427 car-parking spaces. There will also be three retail units and 84 apartments.
