Landrover moves from Sandyford to rent building in Dublin 14

Landrover (Ireland) is relocating from Sandyford to Calmount Park in Ballymount, Dublin 14, where it will be renting a building of 4,400 sq ft at £8.65 (€10.98) per sq ft. Peter M Houlihan, which handled the letting, is joined by Quinn Agnew in marketing the next block in the park, which is for sale at £120 (€152.37) per sq ft and for rent at £8.50 (€10.79) per sq ft.
