Gunne's Licensed and Hotels Division is quoting £1.5 million to £1.7 million for the landmark north Dublin public house, The Five Lamps, which faces on to North Strand at the Amiens Street intersection. The pub has a traditional brass and mahogany-finished ground floor bar and lounge with further lounge and living accommodation on the first floor. There is a cellar with a beer cooling room. The pub is for auction on June 21st.
