Investments fail to sell

Two four-storey over basement Georgian investments at 5/6 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2, were withdrawn at auction at £525,000 and are under negotiation with Gunne and Palmer McCormack. The buildings have 6,181 square feet and are producing rents of £26,280 per annum.
