Hamilton Osborne King is likely to secure in excess of £1.25 million for a modern end-of-terrace industrial unit beside The Square Shopping Centre, just off Belgard Road, in Tallaght. The building was formerly occupied by Damietrie Ltd which is now in receivership and liquidation.
The three year old building has 16,654 sq ft, including over 6,000 sq ft of offices. The warehouse has two full height automated roller shutter doors opening on to a large concrete yard. According to Gavin Butler, of the selling agents, tax incentives may be available to both investors and tenants.
