Broadstone, an inner city neighbourhood in Dublin 7 between Blessington Street Basin and the North Circular Road, is becoming increasingly popular with many "sale agreed" signs to be seen on a quick walkabout in the area.
This week GWD sold 35 Goldsmith Street, a three-bed terraced house, for around €525,000 while HOK sold a one-bed cottage needing refurbishment on Myrtle Street for €250,000. Still available is 30 Primrose Avenue, top right. HOK is seeking excess €355,000 for this two-bed terraced redbrick which overlooks Broadstone Basin.
DNG is guiding €350,000 for Primrose Cottage, right, 5 O'Connell Avenue. The three-bed terraced house, which also boasts features from yesteryear, needs modernisation.
