A late-Georgian office building owned by the ICTU at the junction of Raglan Road and Elgin Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, has been sold to a private company for around £1 million. The three-storey over garden level building, 19 Raglan Road, has almost 4,000 sq ft of office accommodation. The upper floors are served by a lift and there is on-site car parking. Colliers Jackson Stops advised the purchaser and Elliott and FitzGerald acted for the ICTU who are relocating to Parnell Square. The new owners had originally intended to occupy the building but have now decided to either let or sell it.
