HUNTERS ESTATE agent is still in expansion mode, hot on the heels of the opening of its second premises in the leafy Dublin suburb of Foxrock. (A brave move given that far mightier entities made forays into this area in recent years and beat a retreat.)
Now the agency, which is the residential division of Space Property – understood to be dealing with non-distressed properties – is expanding with the appointment of two new recruits.
Jamie Douglas has been appointed as sales negotiator in the Pembroke Street branch. Jamie previously worked for Norths Property.
Avril Claire is also joining the team as sales negotiator at the Foxrock office.
Prior to this Avril worked in the financial services sector.
Meanwhile Linda Flanagan takes on the role of branch manager of the new office in Foxrock. Flanagan has been with Hunters for two years.
