Housing scheme is proposed for 20-acre site in Finglas

Fingal County Council has received an application for 419 houses, duplexes and apartments on a 20-acre site at Meakstown, Finglas, close to the Poppintree Industrial Estate interchange on the M50. The application is from Chantik, a company based at the Westpoint Industrial Estate, Mulhuddart. The same company has already reached agreement with the council about providing a proportion of the Meakstown development for social and affordable housing.
