SALESRESULTS:A SIX-BEDROOM detached house on just under half an acre - 12-14 Nutley Road, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 - was withdrawn at auction last week through Lisney. The property had an AMV of €4.5 million.
Knight Frank is quoting €1.15 million for Poolahasa, Suttons Lane, Kilternan, Co Dublin. The four-bed detached house on three-quarters of an acre was withdrawn at auction.
In north Dublin sales, 126 acres of agricultural land, Pluckhimir, Garristown, was withdrawn at €1.8 million and sold after auction through Sherry FitzGerald Lannon while 3.5 acres at the Ward Upper, Co Dublin, was withdrawn at €200,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry Fitz-Gerald Sherry.
In provincial sales, a five-bed detached house on 0.75 acres, Laraghmore, Ballyglunin, Co Galway, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Smith Auctioneers while a three-bed cottage on 18 acres - Castleview, Inisheer, Aran Islands, Co Galway - was withdrawn at €250,000 and is under negotiation through the same agent.
Still in Co Galway, a four-bed end-terrace house, 23 St Mary's Road, sold at auction for €465,000 through O'Donnellan Joyce Auctioneers.
The same agent secured €580,000 at auction for 6 Dalysfort Road, Galway, a three-bed semi.
Elsewhere, a 127-acre holding at Redbog and Minvaud Lower, Hacketstown, Co Carlow, sold in three lots through Quinn Property. Lot one: 28 acres with house and outbuildings sold for €228,000. Lot two: 1.25 acres fetched €33,000. Lot three: 96.5 acres with 62 acres of forestry secured €285,000.
In commercial sales, a 1.521-acre site at Brews Hill, Navan, Co Meath, was withdrawn at auction and sold after through Smith Harrington Auctioneers. The property had an AMV of €3.5m to €4m prior to auction.
