Co Meath/€249,950:A new phase of apartments, duplexes and townhouses at Millbourne, Ashbourne, Co Meath, comes to the market this week.
Selling agent McPeake Auctioneers is releasing 35 new units at the Ashbourne scheme this weekend.
Developed by Merville Homes, Millbourne comprises 340 homes and is close to the new Ashbourne Town Centre - a new retail/business/residential quarter taking shape on the Dublin side of the village, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a public library and county council offices.
A total of 50 units have been sold to date, all to owner-occupiers, according to selling agent Jennifer Clarke.
Prices have not changed since the scheme was first launched in April 2007.
One-bedroom apartments cost from €249,950, two-bedroom apartments are from €272,500 and three-bedroom duplexes cost from €350,000.
There are also townhouses for sale in this phase. Three-bedroom houses with studies cost from €380,000 and four-bedroom townhouses cost from €375,000.
Standard features at Millbourne include gas-fired central heating, a choice of fitted kitchens, brushed chrome fittings, timber windows and external doors, and feature fireplace.
Other schemes by Merville Homes include Castleriada in Lucan and the large Tyrrelstown development in Dublin 15.
Ashbourne is 15 miles from Dublin city.
