A scheme of apartments and duplex townhouses near Terenure village, just off Terenure Road West, Dublin 6W, is being launched this weekend by Maher Gleeson Estates. Built by Liam and John Dowling, the homes range in price from £205,000 to £285,000. Three bungalows are to be built later. Four two-bedroom 740 sq ft apartments each cost £205,000. They have separate front and back doors, a lounge with doors opening on to a patio, and an en suite bathroom off one of the bedrooms. Four three-bed 1,100 sq ft duplex townhouses cost £285,000 each. They have large lounges with walk-in bay windows and double doors opening into a dining-room, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and outside, a private terracotta-paved terrace. The apartments and townhouses go on show on Sunday, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
