Guideline price of £1m for hotel site in Killarney

Garvan Walsh of Gunne is quoting a guideline price of £1 million for a site of 1.1 acres with full planning permission for a hotel at Muckross Road, Killarney. The 73-bedroom hotel will located close to the Holiday Inn and Whitegates Hotel. Gunne say the "ready-to-go" site is likely to appeal to both developers and hoteliers.
