NEWHOMES:NEW TWO, THREE and four-bedroom homes go on sale for the first time at a new scheme in Tullow, Co Carlow. Oakley Wood is a new scheme by developer Pat Neville Sons. It is located around 10 miles from Carlow town on the N81 and in striking distance of Dublin.
Joint selling agents Hooke MacDonald and Dawson of Tullow will be opening five showhouses on site this weekend to give potential buyers a flavour of what is on offer. There is a good mix at Oakley Wood with five different townhouses and houses on offer and prices are are pitched at first-time buyers.
Entry level is at €159,500 for two-bedroom townhouses with 87sq m (935 sq ft). Three-bed semi-detached houses with 103sq m (1,105sq ft) are priced from €179,950 and 127sq m (1,360sq ft) four-bed detached houses are priced from €235,000.
A total of 111 units are envisaged for Oakley Wood. Now the first 40 units are complete and ready for occupation.
