GLASNEVIN: €820,000- A penthouse in a well-built scheme could tempt buyers with its dazzling diningroom and roof-top access, writes Orna Mulcahy, Property Editor

PENTHOUSE apartments may not be featuring on too many buyers' lists at the moment, but this one at Addison Park, a development close to the Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin, may prove hard to resist.

For sale through Property Team Lappin Estates at €820,000 the two-bedroom apartment is part of a scheme built by Michael Cotter's Park Developments, the company behind the swish Hanover Quay development in town.
