George's Street investment sells for £1.25 million-plus

A retail investment at South Great George's Street, Dublin 2, was sold to a private investor within hours of going on the market last Friday. Lisney had been quoting a guideline price of £1.25 million for Numbers 69 to 52 South Great George's Street but in the event got well in excess of that figure. The investment is currently producing £110,000 per annum from tenants, which include Waltons Music Store and Music School, Yamamori restaurant and Peter Mark.
