Galway housing sites in grounds of convent from £275,000

A rare opportunity to acquire individual housing sites at Taylors Hill in Galway will arise shortly when agents O'Donnellan &Joyce bring five sites on the market. The fully-serviced sites have outline planning permission and are ideally located in a private cul-de-sac in the wooded grounds of the Dominican Convent.

Colm O'Donnellan of the selling agent says he expects strong interest in the sites because of their location in the most sought after address in Galway. The agents are inviting offers between £275,000 and £330,000 (349,178-419,014) for the individual sites. Separately, The Lodge, at the entrance to the convent grounds, a building in need of renovation and modernisation, is expected to make around £150,000 (190,461) when it goes auction on July 26th.
