A new development of 125 two, three and four-bedroom houses in the Co Wexford resort of Courtown are to be sold off the plans today.
Joint agents for the scheme are Sherry FitzGerald and Kehoe and Associates.
The homes, to be known as Beachside, will qualify for tax breaks under the Government's seaside resort scheme. They will be located within half a mile of the centre of Courtown. A total of 15 units are being released for sale at this stage. Two-bedroom dormer style houses with 730 sq ft are priced from £75,000; three-bedroom units with 885 sq ft will be available from £80,000; four-bedroom homes with 1,120 sq ft will cost from £98,000.
