Apartments at Millview are priced from £112,000 to £120,000, and townhouses cost £135,000 in the scheme, which is being offered through Grimes Auctioneers.
The units are located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Skerries, just a few minutes walk from the South Beach and local amenities. It is in commuting distance from Dublin by train.
All properties include a hardwood fitted kitchen and a main bedroom en suite, and qualify for the £3,000 first-time buyers' grant. A show-house will be opening on Saturday, December 5th, and Sunday, December 6th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
